Jacqueline Ullom is an attorney and Certified Mediator and has over 22 years of experience in conflict resolution. Jackie began her legal career in family law and later worked exclusively as a real property and probate solo practitioner. During those early years, Ms. Ullom also served as a volunteer mediator for the Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) of Harris County, Texas and was employed by the State of Texas, State Department of Criminal Justice.

Jackie earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Rice University, Houston, Texas and her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the South Texas College of Law, Houston, Texas. She handled customer complaint resolutions while serving for more than a decade as a Customer Support Administrator for a major oil company and subsequently as a Customer Care Manager for a major airline. While, no longer actively practicing law, Ms. Ullom still enjoys the challenge of helping resolve disputes and disagreements and is now offering consultation services to consumers and businesses alike
